At CNSG, each item is made to order. We produce your product specifically for you once your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and overproduction.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Accidental orders

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Or you received the wrong product

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@cnsgapparel.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly after purchase, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.

Shipping Issues

CNSG is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need support, we are happy to assist.
